Our Focus
CLT is an intensive three and a half week outdoor leadership training program designed for teens 14 – 17 years old interested in being a future leader at Camp Bob or any other camp, church, ministry or missions organization. CLT is designed to:

Our Method
The training experience at Camp Bob is immersion-based. We teach, and then you get your hands dirty. Not only does this produce a higher retention of skills learned, but also a higher calibre as the things you learn are being sharpened and tested. The program is demanding, both physically and mentally, and requires absolute commitment. You have to be willing to work hard, learn and try new things, step outside your comfort zone and be willing to serve wherever camp needs you. It’s a lot to ask, be we know it’s worth it.
CLT is a two-phase process with each part being completed in a separate summer. The second phase includes some time spent leading a tent of campers under the supervision of a senior leader.

Space is limited so apply early. Preference will be given to those who apply before April 1st. Applications received after April 1st will be processed based on availability.
